1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Photwo ("Photwo") provides its service subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS") agreement, which may be updated or modified by us from time to time without prior notice.
For reference purposes, our most recent TOS will be accessible at http://www.photwo.com/terms.php. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference to the TOS.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Photwo provides a service for users to upload, host, share, and view original photos, of which users have full ownership of. The Photwo service is provided "as is.", and we make
no representations or warranties. Although we work hard to provide users with a safe, secure, and enjoyable photo sharing service, users agree to use Photwo at their own risk.
3. RESTRICTIONS
a. Unlawful, harmful, pornographic, derogatory or obscene content.
b. The transmittal of content to which the user does not have ownership or distribution rights.
c. The transmittal of viruses or malicious code.
d. Misrepresentation or impersonation.
4. RIGHTS RESERVED
Content, that a user owns fully, will remain in their ownership.
Photwo reserves the right to destroy content, cancel accounts, and ban users - without prior notice - who are in violation of the TOS.
5. ETIQUTTE
Please be courteous to other members, and respect ownership of content. Bullying is not tolerated, and will constitute a breach in the TOS.
